Mia D. Martin, MBA had a 14-year career with a Fortune 100 CPG manufacturer. During her leadership, she sold to B2B accounts while training and developing sales organizations through Business Process and Technology. Mia has recruited and onboarded experienced and university talent from Michigan State University, Indiana University, University of Georgia Athens, while enhancing university relations by providing on-campus workshops.

Giving back is important to Mia. She is a member and SIG leader for the Kettering Executive Network, former Member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, Consultant to Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs, former Director of Marketing for SCORE-Atlanta, volunteer trainer for the SBDC UGA at GSU, and a proud volunteer for the Women's Entrepreneurial Opportunity Project. In 2022, Mia began producing and hosting a new TV Show titled "Financial Freedom" on The Hope TV for The Hope Church. The show is designed to bring educational resources to help better position professionals, entrepreneurs, and families.
